All of our properties come with a choice of roof styles. Here we show the Blues with butterfly and monopitch styles but we can accommodate  any style roof to suit.

'The BLUES'  -  the second act of our symphonic poem!  This property represents style and practicality.  As with all of our modular homes 'The Blues' lends itself to many applications. It is a great starter home for a young couple as it is possible to add extra bedrooms or even a second storey as your family grows.  It comprises two full size double bedrooms and a compact lounge/dining area that can also be expanded with the addition of an extra module.

Fully insulated with full height double-glazed windows, 'The Blues' offers a great start on the housing ladder, a neat rental or even an income producing addition to your own section as a short-term holiday rental.

Like all of our properties it comes fully carpeted in neutral tones and kitchen and bathroom areas are tiled with vinyl tiles on the floor and ceramic tiles on wet areas. Interior walls are pre-finished in soft laminate that is hard wearing and invulnerable to kids!

Built-in appliances include a dish-drawer dishwasher, stainless sink with waste disposer, range hood, ceramic cook-top, and an electric oven, fridge freezer and ample space for an under- bench front loading washing machine plus a microwave space. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space finished in hi-quality white surfaces and a stone bench-top completes the fitting
