Why choose a Tranzasia property solution? What are the issues with having properties pre-built offshore?

These are questions we are often asked but the solution is one of economics, quality and build speed. It seems a paradox to pre build a property in one country, containerise the components and re-erect it in another. Yet this method  of construction is not new and allows us to introduce major savings that accrue from economies of scale and access to the latest international building materials and styles.

Our partner's mega factory in China is fully compliant with ISO9000/1 standards and has also met standards for Environment Management System Certificate ISO14001 and Professional Safety and Healthy System Certificate of OSHMS18000 making its work quality equal or superior to, many alternative methods of property construction. We also have giant vibrating test beds where housing designs are subjected to the forces equivalent to a magnitude 9 earthquake before any design is signed off for production. Properties are built to have a minimum life-span of fifty years and have a full guarantee for the first nine years following construction.

Materials for construction are sourced internationally so that buyers have the ability to choose from a large range of fittings and finishes not often available in New Zealand. Such materials are typically durable and finishes are often indistinguishable from conventional construction finishes. Kitchen fitout and other internal fit-out can introduce the most modern of materials and design or alternately you may wish to purchase a basic property shell and install kitchens and other fittings locally.

The pre-built properties are shipped to buyers location and then assembled on site by local builders and craftsmen ensuring that the finest quality of finish is achieved. Tranzasia has a portfolio of standard designs but we can also make our architecural team available to design an innovative and unique commercial or residential property to your own specifications.

Overall costs (including shipping) are very competitive and using the scale of production to which we have access the end price to the buyer is often less than two-thirds of the cost of an equivalent unit built using conventional methods.

Commercial properties such as shops, offices and factories can all be provided on an individual basis or terraced or multi-story designs. As with residential housing we can build such properties to your own design or you can choose from a range of existing designs.
