Commodity Traders
Tranzasia is able to match genuine buyers and sellers of tradeable commodities including oil, petrochemicals and minerals.
However there are many so-called traders on the market who tend to 'fish' for deals. Tranzasia has some simple rules for anyone wishing to buy or sell a commodity:
1. Do not approach Tranzasia unless you have full documentation regarding a product
2. We do not deal with anonymous buyers and sellers. If you have a product for sale we need to know:
o Who is seller
o Origin of product
o Seller’s trading history
3. A Letter of Intent to buy MUST be on buyer’s letterhead.
4. Any soft or full corporate offers MUST be on seller’s letterhead
5. Our procedures MUST be followed
6. We do not work to deadlines - if your product is real, there is no need for a deadline. Deals only available for a couple of days are not usually real
We will use our extensive network of contacts throughout Asia and Europe to place products that are real and verifiable. We expect to be able to complete due diligence on buyers and sellers and have access to full or partial proof of product prior to accepting a product for placement.
The only agents we will deal with must be at mandate level and have signed and verifiable Mandate documents and/or be working direct with Mandate holder. We will insist on communication with Mandate holder to verify agent’s role.
