A: Your home can be designed by your own architect or our architectural team and will be built to the most exacting standards. Finishes and materials can be supplied to your specifications with the finished product guaranteed for nine years against any defect in workmanship, design or construction. Your property can be rapidly erected on your own site using local craftsmen and builders. It would be indistinguishable from a conventionally constructed quality property yet be less than two thirds of the cost.
Q: How about shipping? Can Tranzasia ensure my home safely arrives at its port of destination?
A: Tranzasia has access to regular shipping between New Zealand and China. In addition we can manage all wharfside aspects of transport including storage, inspections and transport to your site.
